Home/ Life Space The trend for office spaces that mimic a residential feel is bolstered as home furnishings retailer West Elm enters the contract market, with pieces that increasingly speak to today’s blending of work and personal life. Just Like Home: Brooklyn-based home furnishings brand West Elm has partnered with US-based office furniture producer Inscape to design 75 pieces for both contract and private working environments. Designed by West Elm in-house and manufactured largely in the US, the partnership leverages Inscape’s existing contract network. The four themed collections feature West Elm’s signature style of warm woods and soft textiles, with customised conference tables by Brooklyn-based furniture designer Mark Jupiter.
