Hemp Rubber Tile

Coated flooring textile composed of 50% organic woven hemp, 35% natural rubber and 15% hemp chips. The textiles are breathable, anti-fungal, and resistant to UV degradation. The natural rubber is mixed with a synthetic rubber and hemp chips in a mixing machine then extruded out at a required thickness. The mixed rubber sheet is cut into a desired size and then the hemp fabric is laminated by putting the fabric on top and hot pressing together. Sizes include 30 x 30, 50 x 50, 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 cm (12 x 12, 20 x 20, 30 x 30 and 39 x 39 in) with a thickness of 2 – 8 mm (0.08 – 0.3 in). Color and fabric patterns are available upon request and are customizable. Some variation in the color is possible. Applications include flooring.
