Sewing Lab

A ‘Soft Maker Space’ at South Campus for students from all majors to learn sewing skills.
The Sewing Lab facility is in the 1111 building in room 302/300. Students must be enrolled in a Sewing Lab course to get training to use equipment in the Lab. Once the student has completed the full 14 week course they will earn a Brown sticker for use of the home sewing machines. Industrial machines (black sticker) require extra training either during class or by appointment if you already have a brown sticker.
