The SpectraLight QC is ideal to visually assess material/product samples and evaluate special effects under relevant lighting conditions.
The SpectraLight QC can help build standard operating procedures across the supply chain with settings for every program, custom profiles based on brand owner requirements for light source, illumination, and other parameters, and unprecedented reporting and traceability. SpectraLight QC enables checkpoints for approvals across the supply chain, from the vendor and the sourcing office all the way up to product design and corporate quality control. When used as a holistic solution, the SpectraLight QC reduces human error, standardizes conditions for visual assessment, and saves time and money.
The SpectraLight QC offers seven light sources. This includes the best quality daylight available, filtered tungsten halogen (D65), Cool White Fluorescent, Incandescent “A” & 2300K/Horizon, UVA, and two more fluorescent types (U30 and TL84).
Operation
Power On
Turn on the light booth’s power by pushing the rocker switch located just under the power icon. The display panel should light up and indicate options above the physical buttons.
Select Lighting Type 1: D65 “Daylight”
The D65 option displays daylight conditions.
Temperature: 6500K

Select Lighting Type 2: U30 “Retail Store”
The U30 option simulates U.S. retail store (e.g. Kohl’s) conditions under fluorescent light.
